  • My Exercise of Choice: Putt Putt Golf!

    Some folks may think this is nuts, and they may be right, but I’ve found Putt Putt Golf to be a very good form of exercise. Depending on the course, the number of people playing ahead of you, etc… it can take a good 30 minutes to 1 hour to get through 18 holes of putt putt golf.  Since most experts recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise a day/3 days a week, putt putt golf’s time frame would qualify.
