This sticker has been on the side of one of my meter cases since my initial diabetes and CHF diagnosis in December 2008. I got it from the doctors office the day I received that news. Nearly 10 years later, against long odds, it’s still hanging on. Just like me.

The end of Daylight Saving Time tonight means setting all of clocks back an hour. It also means I have to take a minute to change the time on my diabetes devices as well. And, of course, change my lancet.
